This was a clean, updated, no frills hotel. The attached 24 hour IHOP was an excellent touch. We enjoyed our stay and are likely to use again when visiting Disney.

The service while checking in was great. Very helpful and provided my family with a great start to our stay.

I stayed at the hotel for a volleyball tournament in which my daughter participated. The hotel is very simple, but from the moment we arrived, the Venezuelan girl at reception gave us a warm welcome and explained everything. When we got to the room, it was very clean. We asked for an iron and extra towels, and they brought them to us very quickly. I 100% recommend this hotel.

it was mediocre but OK. the pool could of stayed open 24/7 since people on vacation want to swim at all hours of the night or day.

We have stayed her twice now. Great price and very clean as well as close to convention center. However, the room was so damp. We went home and all are clothes were damp. Even the clean towels ended up being damp. They have a humidity problem.

Location to convention center is great. Beds are VERY comfortable. The rooms are in tough shape. Bathrooms were not very clean and in rough shape overall. The doors to the hotel room didn't seal. You could hear EVERYTHING - so need a very loud sound machine if staying here. The staff are all very kind. Housekeeping everyday was great! If you plan to just shower and sleep and are looking for a good deal- this place is perfect.

Excelente. Fuimos a un torneo de volleyball en el Orange Convention Center y fuimos caminando así que nos ahorramos el estacionamiento del evento..El estacionamiento del hotel es gratis. La piscina, cuartos y alrededores, muy limpios. 2da vez que me quedo y volveré ✅️♥️

I’ll be fair, the bed was very comfortable, location is perfect if you’re going to the convention center, it’s a 5 minute walk, lots of food options close by. The 6:30am fire alarm was the icing on the rusty cake for me. 1/10 would not return. Only gets one because the bed was comfortable

Great location and friendly staff

This hotel was absolutely amazing right down the street from Seaworld and aquatica place was beautiful. Rooms were great. Customer service was amazing. Absolutely can’t wait to stay there again.

The elevator near my room was broken. This hotel was in the conference block that I booked through and I had to leave after one night. I woke throughout the night with terrible itching to finally find by 4:30am the amount of bite marks I had all over after arriving late in the evening and going straight to bed it was only from the hotel. It has been almost a week and I still have little bites all over me. I had to see a doctor it was not bed bugs but likely bed mites. It was horrible. I moved to the Rosen Conference Center which was well worth the move.

There was a lot of noise in the room next to us at night. The air conditioning was not all that good. Went out and bought a fan. Other than that the stay was good

I had no complaints for my short two day stay with my kids the pool was clean with towels, the only thing was there was no trash bags in the room that was annoying but no big deal!

The hotel is a short walk to the Orange County Convention Center and is located in close walking distance to several restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Room was clean, front desk staff was very nice, first room wouldn’t open so they had to reassign me to a different room but then everything was fine. I would stay again.

booked the hotel for location but the hotel room smelled old and moldy, the toilet got clogged, very outdated. however the staff was helpful and friendly.
