Needed a place close to convention center and this was perfect. Skywalk was great but just used streets/crosswalks for an easy/short walk. It was very busy and no chairs available at the pool any of the time we were there but clean, plenty of places to eat- works well for me!

The only criticism I have is the limited availability of microwaves in the hotel. Only two were available for use in the entire hotel with multiple guests waiting to reheat their food. For a hotel this size it’s ridiculous and I have been a guest at this hotel for over ten years. When the hotel is booked with multiple groups during busy times with hundreds of people this can be extremely frustrating. I waited over 30 minutes to access an available microwave with two people ahead of me for one on the left side of restaurant. The second microwave on the right side had its own line of guests waiting for their turn to reheat food. By the time I was able to reheat my food there were over 10 guests waiting to access two microwaves. For a hotel of this caliber is totally unacceptable. As a member of the hotel’s loyalty club this needs to seriously be addressed.
