Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld by IHG

I have no complaints. My stay was fine. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. I didn't like the idea of having to park in the rear, but that is not an issue. I also felt that parking should have been included in the price. I should not have to pay $20 a night for staying on property that I'm paying for.

Have stayed here several times and it’s great for a quick trip to Sea World. This time the room did have a musty smell and was extremely hot upon arrival but after turning A/C off and back on, it seemed to work well but took a while to cool off.

I've stayed here in the past and have always found the staff to be kind, courteous and professional. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location and is kept very clean.

Room was clean. We were late for breakfast but the staff still let us indulge which I thought was very kind of them!

Está es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel la verdad me encanta por qué está muy céntrico, el desayuno es espectacular,la atención de todos los trabajadores es excepcional,la piscina siempre limpia,pero esta vez rente un suite de varias camas y un sofá cama y la habitación espaciosa muy limpia pero tenía muchísimo olor a cigarro, yo jamás me quejo y cuando entré a la habitación me dije ese olor se va en un rato pero no,además que estaba con mis niños y era insoportable el olor,fui al front desk y la muchacha Kamila muy atenta por cierto me ayudo muchísimo, ella trató de buscarme otra habitación pero no habían disponible pues era el weekend the father day y el hotel estaba lleno, me ofreció descontarme los 40$ de fee parking por las dos noches que estuve hospedada ( pero nunca vi ese descuento)entonces me envío à la housekeeping y al señor de mantenimiento y echaron un líquido fuertisimo que el primer día por lo menos no se sintió mas la peste a cigarro, en fin me encanta este hotel pero está vez si tuve la mala experiencia con está habitación, espero que mejoren eso porque yo seguire hospedandome en este hotel gracias por todo

I felt that $20.00 per room/per day for parking was a bit much. Didn't see parking security while there. Overnight staff was very friendly and informative.

How close it is to sea world. It could’ve been a little cleaner.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options for a fast breakfast. Coffee was great!
