Really good staff & breakfast was amazing.

This was are second time staying here and it been great.

Everything was great as soon as we got to the hotel. Parking lot and the hotel grounds are clean. The hotel lobby is clean and welcoming. We are greeted with friendly staff at the front desk. The room is very clean. The A/C is really cold just like we like it when we get out of the florida heat. The complimentary breakfast was great. We love the location because it’s close to theme parks and restaurants. Very convenient. Our experience is really great. I would book my reservation here again next time we come back to Orlando.

I would be reaching out to your corporate office asap. Your manager Cynthia was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. The ac went out in my room she was very rude and did nothing to help my situation. Had to ask for her name 2 times before she give me her wrong name. I loved saying at the hotel but after dealing with her I’m going to think twice about that. Btw I would like to mention how incredible Wilma at the front desk was on my check out this morning.

I will definitely utilize this facility again in the future.

This Fairfield Inn was absolutely wonderful! The entire team was beyond amazing - so welcoming, helpful and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the Orlando area.

Courteous and professional staff. One child got away from her parents and went to the waffle station. A staff member noticed and intervened quickly before the child could get burned. So impressive.

One of the best stays ever

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was very clean and convenient to Sea world and the water park. A $5 dollar Uner / Lift to the gate. There are many places to eat that are less than 200 yards walking distance. They have comp breakfast and a star-bucks on the property. Nice bar outside at the pool. There is also a washer and dryer option on the property. Very good place to stay.
