TRYP by Wyndham Orlando

The staff were the saving grace to our trip, as their politeness and friendliness were superior to any hotel I've ever stayed at. They were amazing! Would have been nice to enjoy a drink or two each night at the bar, but maybe they'll fix that issue soon. My rating would have been a perfect 5 had those items been available.

Staff and parking were great. Hotel was up to date and for the most part well kept and clean. I would stay again.

Try served my purpose. The only negative was that the elevator was not working. My room should have discounted for the inconvenience.

Once they get that elevator sorted out they woukd be up there with the rest of them. Courteous and very helpful staff, even though the elevator was not functional they did provide guests with concessions like free or discounted breakfast which were commendable. My issues with the shower faucet, Ac Unit and the iron were fixed and replaced promptly and the environment was clean and conducive to my work/leisure activities.

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice, however, the elevator was broken, and our room was on the third floor. Carrying up luggage three stories was not fun.

We spend 3 days at here , our rooms was at 4th floor and the elevators didn’t work those days

Great property but I was on crutches with a broken leg, was on the 4th floor with a broken elevator. They weren’t willing to accommodate me with a 1st floor room or refund me my money so I could go to another hotel. No consideration for a guest suffering due to their elevator being down.

The staff is truly amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

Great time with the family

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is excellent very convenient to the airport and just a short drive from International Drive, making it easy to access restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Great rooms! Clean and super location. A little more out of the fray than other Orlando hotels.

Both elevators were down during our stay and we were NOT informed upon checkin, and only found out the hard way (NOT by any staff informing us!). We had our 3 children with us after a long day at SeaWorld and had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. We were not offered any apologies or compensation for this major inconvenience. Extremely poor customer service.
