The resort was great! I would definitely go back!

Large rooms with plenty of space for two families. Pool is maintained, food at the pool bar was good and had a nice selection of drinks. Super close to SeaWorld.

Great location for the convention center, its closer to the west concourse, and about 12-15 mins from the north concourse. our 2 bedroom unit was a lot of space for the 6 of us. Nice having a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, living area, and dining table. No complaints, staff was pleasant, would stay here again!

This property had all we needed to be comfortable for AAU volleyball nationals. Check in was great and friendly staff!

Overall a good stay. Housekeeping was rare, had to call multiple times for service and toilet paper.

The staff we extremely helpful and pleasant regardless of the time of day. The property was clean and well kept. Very happy with our stay!

Good place to stay for family

I have stayed here multiple times this year because we always enjoy the time here from the moment, we check in to being out at the pool which is set up very well and has an eating and bar area. They always have activities going on at the pool area and there are 2 pools in this area with multiple hot tubs. There is another pool on the property which is a quiet more laid-back surrounding. Rooms are always clean and fresh and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. from the room stewards to the front lobby.

The property itself was lovely. The staff. Consistently had issues with staff. Very rude and extremely unhelpful.

The bed, lobby and restaurant The Room was terrible no towels no soap to wash hands. bathtub was dirty the curtain rod was rusted you can't even close shower curtain the hair dryer wire were out this is dangerous

My sons and I stayed there for 5 nights while we were visiting the Sea World parks. The hotel is lovely and everything you will need. Kind staff, wonderful pool side bar, calm atmosphere, and overall great! We enjoyed our family suite very much.

Exceptional

The location was very good, lovely facilities, close to Parks, NASA and areas that we wanted to see. Nothing really, on check in, the time share selling tactics A bit of a nuisance. But it didn't affect my opinion of the stay.

This was our 3rd stay here and it never disappoints. Rooms are spacious and clean, all staff are friendly. Pool area is plenty big and they are adding additional area. The pool bar has great food and drinks. A shout out to all the staff at the pool bar. I would recommend a stay here. The only thing that I ever had an issue with is being in an handicapped room the shower is very small and awkward.
