The check in is 4pm which is a tab bit later than traditional check-in times! There will be a long line once 4pm strikes of people waiting to check-in. This was a bit discouraging…
-
Also my room had an adjoining room with loose connecting door. This was of concern especially as a woman traveling with teen females. The faucet had a loud leak and the toilet ran if you don’t reset the handle after each flush. To top it all off, there was a mini roach in the bathroom when my daughter was using the bathroom and large dead one the following day.

It was a pleasantly surprising stay and it was very reasonably priced. The hotel is less than a block from sea world and was very clean and quiet. I will certainly be returning for additional stays.

Excellent location, staff is very helpful and professional.

While already in Orlando with my three children for my daughter's dance competition, I was informed that my confirmed four-night reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. The hotel claimed the third-party booking company should have notified me, yet they had blocked all third-party reservations and refused to honor my booking. I was told I could rebook directly through the hotel for over $100 more per night. I spent nearly four hours trying to resolve the issue, including multiple 40-minute holds. Hilton Corporate attempted to contact the hotel six times without success. Eventually, Corporate secured me a room for one night only, not the four nights originally reserved. What was especially frustrating was the inconsistency. Another guest who booked after me was transferred to another hotel and accommodated. A guest whose reservation had been mistakenly entered for the wrong month had their reservation corrected and honored. I received no such assistance.I ultimately paid more than my original reservation simply because it was the most practical option with three children and competition luggage. The hotel offered no compensation, no complimentary breakfast, and no effort to make the situation right. Upon arrival, despite three employees being behind the desk, I waited over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. This experience caused unnecessary stress and showed a serious lack of customer service!

I love the location, as it is walking distance from Sea World. But the linens were dirty and there were hairs floating in the toilet, also tub was leaking. We called the service and the lady tried to do bed. It took at least an hour the whole ordeal, some of , their linens look old and stained. I ended putting the pillow cases myself. It was frustrating that a Hilton had so little maintenance.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Hotel is well maintained.

Everything was great, except if your staying next to a connecting room, you can hear everything.
-
Close to Discovery Cove and Universal.

Exceptional
-
I chose this hotel because it has a bar and restaurant however both were closed on Saturday and Sunday!
-
Nice pool. Good location. Showers not very hot and low water pressure. People put trash outside their room and hangs around way too long.
-
Breakfast: more free options (example: coffee and snacks)

This was our second HGI on our FL tour and they were great. The check in was great, person was very friendly and courteous. Pls clean the leaves out of the pool, but other than that it was another amazing Hilton stay

Property and rooms were very clean. Didn’t like having to pay for breakfast.

Everything was good

I had a great view of Orlando and got to see the fireworks at Disney from my room on the 8th floor! My biggest complaint was they didn’t have any umbrellas at the pool! Orlando in June is very hot and sun is strong. Hilton Gardens if you are reading this: PLEASE GET SOME UMBRELLAS FOR THE POOL! A lot of people are sensitive to the sun And they want to enjoy lounging by the pool When they’re on vacation. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel where they didn’t have at least 1 umbrella by the pool.

Comfortable beds, great location. It's fine for a quick stay. Accommodations were far from what was expected. Lounge/Bar never opened. Pool closed at 8 instead of 10. Luke warm jacuzzi. Dead gecko on my window sill. Asked for a lower level floor close to the elevator. I got a 6th floor room at the very end of the hall. The hotel was not even close to being booked, it was very slow.

The location was also very convenient, especially for visiting the nearby attractions. Everything felt fresh, organized, and family-friendly. I traveled with my family and felt comfortable and safe during our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The cleanliness alone deserves five stars!
