Spotless room and helpful staff. Excellent, robust breakfast and great pool area. The kids loves the basketball court and the happy hour and appetizers were very nice.

Everything was good except the sofa bed in 612. It was not accessible. Asked front desk clerk to take a look and she told me all their beds worked fine. Asked her again to come look because it wasn’t. She said she couldn’t leave the front desk because she was by herself. So I asked for a manager. Was told she was available until Monday. She gave me the manager’s card. I emailed, but have yet to receive a response. However, the morning clerk was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.

We come to Orlando twice a year for volleyball and stay at this location. We eat the breakfast here which is a good variety. We have used the pool, basketball court, and gym and all are great. It’s super close to sea world if you are coming for that. Staff has always been super nice and helpful. We enjoy staying here.

Staff was great and even texted me to ask if we needed anything extra. Rooms were large. Well laid out and clean. The only problem during this stay was one of the elevators wasn’t working and with only two elevators it made getting one sometimes difficult. The breakfast area has plenty of seating, very large area. The food was great warm eggs, sausages, biscuits and then lots of cereal choices, muffins, juice and coffee. Overall a great hotel right next to I-4 and right at entrance to Seaworld

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the accessibility of our room. I specifically requested a handicap-accessible room for my mother, who is wheelchair-bound, and even received an email confirming that one had been reserved for us. When we arrived, the room was not truly wheelchair accessible. The only accommodation was a single grab bar in the shower. There were no grab bars by the toilet, and the bathroom sink was not designed to allow a wheelchair to roll underneath. These features are essential for someone who relies on a wheelchair and made our stay much more difficult. As my mother’s caregiver, I also struggled to safely assist her. I called the front desk to see if another accessible room was available, but I was told that this was the only type of handicap-accessible room they offered. While we appreciated the hotel and the kindness of the staff, I hope management will consider upgrading their accessible rooms to better meet the needs of guests with mobility disabilities. Accessible should truly mean accessible.

Clean hotel. Great staff. We had two younger kids with us and they were very nice to them. Breakfast was very good for a free buffet.

Great stay

This hotel was roughly 5 minutes from SeaWorld and about 20 minutes from Gatorland which was great after a day in the Parks. The area was not crowded or very busy as it seems to be on the back end of the parks and not the main roads. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The property and rooms were remarkably clean and the breakfast was great! I’d definitely stay there again.

Bed too soft sinking bed

Everything else good but I think they can get better beds they were too soft and sinks with just one person I stay on room 401 so I’m not sure if it was only my bed

It was just like the pictures online. Everything was clean, staff nice, breakfast buffet was very good. We will stay again on our next trip.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed extra essentials during our stay.

Excellent service from reception and breakfast. Seamless check in/out process. Hotel is very nice, amenities and room. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back when we want to visit the parks again, easy 5-10 min walk to/from SeaWorld.
