The room layout was perfect with the toilet separate from the shower. Everyone was so friendly! A perfect stay!

Only downside was the shuttle was a third party and very difficult to schedule. Ended up driving and paying to park at area amusement parks.

The room smelled like dirty locker room. It could use a good clean. The towels had stains and looked like they were sitting in the same cubby for months without being refreshed/replaced. Only had one wash cloth in a 5/6 person suite. The shower wasn’t nasty but could use some TLC scrubbing, maybe even some bleach. The breakfast was decent but so crowded. Maybe more staff needed? It was mess scattered all over the breakfast bar where you make waffles. The waffle mix and syrup was out at 8:45AM. 3/5 is a fair realistic rating.

The ac in our room was terrible , struggled to keep the room cool . The shower door the the shower would not stay close so that was also a pain . Other than that it was a nice stay

Great property for families. We were in Orlando for 2 nights to go to SeaWorld so this location was perfect. The pool is open late and there are lots of food options in walking distance.
