Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel by Marriott

Everyone and everything were OK

It seemed to be an older hotel; had some tape on floor in hallway and could use some improvements

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel charged me for parking, but this was never clearly disclosed at the time of booking or during check-in. Finding unexpected charges on the final bill is frustrating and leaves a negative impression. Transparency about additional fees is essential, and guests should be informed in advance so they can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, this experience affected my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Hotel is showing it's age. 7th floor carpet needs to be removed! It smelled musty.

Everything was great!

Outside building looked a little rough but very nice and clean inside , great staff from front desk to lobby bar.

The location The hotel looks tired and worn and needs a serious updating. We won't stay there again until there's a significant improvement.

Location The floor we were on there was a lot of renovating and the condition of the hallways were terrible

Didn’t have breakfast. Really liked the ease of using the shuttle service to get to the airport. The bed is too high. Difficult to access for senior citizens. Also the sound of the a/c blower was annoying and ran constantly.

The property and staff were outstanding

Comparable to a motel with 4-5 times the cost. Shower was less than 2 feet wide, carpet was stained and coming up, counch in room was stained. And directional signage would lead you to nowhere.

Room was nice and clean

Staff was very helpful. The rooms and hot tub are worn but I noticed renovations happening on the property.
