La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Airport

Clean room, good service, excellent location , low price, nice amenities, free food...nothing to complain about. I liked the online check in and check out. Very convenient.

Property was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was near plenty of restaurants and shops and shuttle was quick to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Mattress had a little dip in it and could be updated but had a really good experience here. I would stay here again.

Elevator and shower systems was terrible!

My rooms were cancelled at 1:00 & I hadn't arrived. There was no phone call or anything. Mind you, check-in was at 3:00. I put in my notes that I would arrive around 8:00p.m. I ended up paying more for my rooms. There was a $75 security hold that had to be paid at check-in and a $15 parking fee. No one ever mentioned. The fridge didn't work and my room never got cooled. I reported all of this at checkout. This was my 3rd time staying here, but this is definitely my last.

The location is great but they need to clean rooms better especially the bathrooms beds are worn out.

The people next door were REALLY LOUD which is out of the hotel's control. My biggest issue is I called ahead and asked about shuttle times. I had an early flight at 5 am. I was very specific that we needed a shuttle at 3:30am. I talked to someone at the hotel before making my reservation. Not the 800 number but the hotel. I was told the shuttle would be able to take us to the airport at 3:30 in the morning. We arrived at the hotel and NOPE. The hotel doesn't start until 5am.

Lobby area look okay but the room need an upgrade asap

The floor was very slippery. Tried to wipe it but it still felt very slippery. The bathroom door was hard to open.

Rooms were clean snd quiet. The water pressure in the shower was terrible

Airport shuttle is not on time and only goes till 10…unhelpful

The room was clean and spacious. The free shuttle was prompt and flexible. The elevator did not inspire confidence as it bumped and creaked its way to the fifth floor. Water pressure also had a hard time reaching that altitude. The breakfast was not up to what we expect of La Quinta. No hard boiled eggs, but the scrambled did have an excess of water.
