Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

Was disappointed that the pool was closed and that wasn't disclosed during booking.

Friendly and nice ammenities for sure will come back if ever visited Orlando again

Wonderful hotel. 5 min drive to the airport. Breakfast is a plus. Room was very spacious. Only downfall is the $20 a night to park the car.

The entire staff from Brad at the front desk on our second stay who called us to make sure that our room was satisfactory, to the girls in that bar and kitchen who made us a delicious late night pepperoni pizza on our first stay, we throughly enjoyed our stay. All of the staff from the maintenance guys we ran into to the shuttle drivers were polite and courteous. So, Hyatt execs, this is the model of how a first class hotel should be. All of the employees deserve a pat on the back and a big tip!

Everything was great, but the breakfast was average. The eggs and potatoes were cold. The sausage was good and hot as was the coffee, but the OJ was watery.

I really appreciate the airport shuttle service.

Sin embargo, el empleado que nos hizo el Check-in nos indicó que solo viaja hacia y desde el aeropuerto. Esto me generó un gasto mayor a $50 en pagos de Uber; cuando por ese monto al ser miembro del President's Circle de Hertz, hubiera alquilado un carro por 1 día. Deben prestarle la atención debida, a los mensajes que los Clientes les escriben a través de Expedia. Yo les escribí por esa vía (solicitando apoyo con el shuttle bus), y nunca me respondieron. Por lo anterior, tuve que llamar a la recepción.

the room was lovely and the location was perfect for an early morning departure from the hotel. The restaurant for an evening snack felt limited and service was not great ... went to Fridays instead.

Let me tell you what. Brad was ready and waiting at the front desk with a smile like one from one of those commercials. You would have thought I was a celebrity guest or something. Apparently, he is always that nice. I ate at The Placery for dinner because it was right there. Little did I know Frederick would be there with all the personality I would need after a long day. Before I knew it, Jay walked out carrying my beautiful turkey pesto and fries. Let me just say that sandwich ATE. All it needed was a little mayo. Thank you, guys, for an amazing visit. I slept like a queen, and I can't wait to come back.
