TV wasn't working im the bedroom and shuttle stops at 10pm. Other than that it was really good.

Shuttle is only available from 5 am to 9pm make sure to verify well the times cause the information on the website is deceiving they do not specify until you get there and tell you Oo Sorry we us to had shuttle 24/7 but not any more and they are not able to provide other options really disappointed

They don’t have their own shuttle to the airport. You do have to request one and it’s not always guaranteed wasn’t a big fan of that but didn’t have any issues. The shuttle was requested at 11 o’clock at night for 7 AM the next morning and there was no issues.

I had a great stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

I would rate this on scale of 1-5 a 3. Needs updating.

The bed was clean so we dealt with it…. Only because it took us 20+ minutes to check in on a room that was already booked and paid for. The $16 parking charge is BS too. We thought this place was the more affordable option but after you pay for parking it’s really not. Left before breakfast started can’t comment on that. No clue how this place has 8/10 rating

The carpets are dirty and the elevators made noises and sounded like they needed work

I was bitten by something while sleeping. Shuttle wasn't available for the time i needed to make my early flight.

Staff was very helpful and patience.

I chose this hotel because of the free shuttle and free breakfast. I had a bit of trouble finding the shuttle but now know that I needed to call. The breakfast was excellent--above my expectations. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Very dated

The staff were caring and understanding after my daughter bought up her entire dinner over the bed, floor and walls. They were kind and immediately allowed us to change rooms. I just hope they warned the cleaners before they walked in

Clean room

For the price, it was really good. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit unclean. Luckily, I had some baby wipes to clean up some stuff and the staff was really great. Really close to a lot of restaurants into the airport which is a definite plus.
