Well located, near malls and the parks.

Staff was top-notch. We arrived hours before check-in time and we were able to use our room. So thankful to Annalise and the front desk staff for making this happen for us. Free Airport shuttle for the win too!

Great place very peaceful

Loved the location of this hotel. It was near basically anything you would need or want to do while in Florida! Also loved that there was an actual bar/ restaurant in the hotel in case you want to just stay in. Don’t forget to get the cookies when you check in also, they’re delicious! Lol..

Clean rooms. Great place to stay.

The room appeared to have not been vacuumed and the tub bottom looked really dirty, but may have been badly worn. The room temperature could not be lowered and was a bit warm. Otherwise, it was good for a one night stay before flying. Had expected a little better for a Hilton Doubletree.

The property was nice had a few issues with the mini bar and the tub but overall it was a great stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. During the rainstorm the tub kicked up dirty water. But it went away as storm slowed down

The staff had issues checking us in so they gave us an upgrade. The upgrade was a balcony that faced the inside of the hotel. There were people laughing and carrying until after 11 p.m. on a Monday night. There were no wash cloths or blow dryer in the room and the air never really worked.

The hotel was very Clean , and the staff was professional and the property was accessible to the malll,outlets and restaurants.

How could I start first registration you GH female did not know her name she was very ruth second when we got to our room the shower bathtub was dirty and my wife and I we had one wash towel and one dry towel for both of us I call the front desk they told me they were going to take care of it but no one came so my wife wanted to dry her hair so hair dryer the wires were out the shower rod was so rusted that the curtain would not roll I did complain to Mrs Rodriguez office Manager she said she was going to take care of it. I took picture of it the place is wonderful in the out side I think they need strong management. and they call this place the Hilton.

Horrible experience. No towels for hours we were unable to shower after a long day of travel. Air wasn’t working properly. Elevator broken. Rooms need much updating. Uneven tiles. We used to love staying here and getting our cookies before our flights now will look elsewhere!

Front desk staff rude and not helpful. As a Hilton Honors member I’m supposed to receive two bottles of water. The person in line in front of me received two bottles. When I asked for mine, the girl tell be there are two in my room. There wasn’t and when I called the front desk the woman said I don’t have anyone to send up there. If you can’t, come back to the front desk. Not what I wanted to hear at 11:30 pm after traveling all day.

Staff and location The shuttle from the airport, very volatile and takes a long time to get to the airport. No person to talk to on the phone, only a long answering machine without anything resembling a shuttle service option

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient—just a short drive from Orlando International Airport. It made getting around easy, and I would definitely stay here again.
