Overall great experience and location. Shuttle to airport was great. Not overly priced for the hotel. Room could have offered more, it was good though. I would come back again.

The only thing I did not like was the parking policy. Guests are required to pay for parking each time they enter and exit, as well as an overnight parking fee. I understand charging for private parking, but I believe hotel guests who are already paying to stay at the property should not have to pay additional parking fees. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Clean facade at front of hotel and reception bit rooms are dirty and shabby. Disappointed as it's not Expedia usually standard

The property is perfectly located to MIA. Great bar with a nice menu. Staff is extremely nice. Airport shuttle starts at 4:30 am. The rooms and bathrooms could use updating.

El personal algunos muy amables no todos en cuanto la limpieza de la habitación pésima todo lleno de polvo pedí una limpieza full service solo cambiaron las toallas y estiraron la cama no lavaron el baño ni limpiaron el piso le falta mucha limpieza a las habitaciones
