We were given wrong information on the shuttle from airport. I called two weeks in advance to verify the airport shuttle as the website stated it ran until 10:30 and our flight didn’t arrive until 10:25 pm. A woman advised that changed and it now ran until 11:30 pm. Upon arrival at airport, we proceeded to the airport shuttle area and waited 20 min, 11:25 pm, then called the hotel only to be advised we were given wrong information. We had 10 people in our family, 4 of whom were children under 9 years of age. So at 11:30 pm, we had to get 3 cabs to the hotel, which cost $75. Very frustrating as had I been given correct information, we could have arranged transportation.

I want to give special recognition to Debbie at the front desk. Her customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Even when the lobby was packed with guests asking countless questions (many of them obvious), she remained friendly, patient, calm, and always had a smile on her face. She handled every situation with professionalism and kindness. Debbie deserves 10 stars! She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant/bar was awesome and bartender was a funny guy. Breakfast was great much more selection than any other home2 I have stayed!! Definitely will stay again.

In addition, housekeeping was another disappointment. Room cleaning is supposed to be provided every other day, but staff seemed unwilling to clean the room as scheduled. Overall, the service did not meet expectations and made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend booking here. If you have kids be cautious of a lot of people with BBL come to the hotel to recover. People walking about robes and tubes.

Airport shuttle was great. Rooms were very spacious and breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve seen. The 10th floor bar/lounge area was a welcomed surprise as well as how easy it was to walk to nearby restaurants. Would stay here again.

They put us on the 9th floor, right under the gym. The hours posted said 6 am to 10 pm. In the evening it sounded like someone was jumping around upstairs and was going to come through the ceiling. Then I was woken up BEFORE 6 am and it sounded like someone was upstairs jumping again. It was the treadmill! NOT how I want to wake up on vacation! The free breakfast was very good.

The shuttle from the airport wasn’t very good. It had to wait close to 45 minutes because it had stopped at the hotel and didn’t return even after landing contacted them to say I needed picked up. The room was nice but had an odd smell, almost like fish. I didn’t notice it after being in the room for 10-15 minutes. It was VERY nice that they had plates, and silverware right in the room!
