El desayuno completo americado y justo llegamos un dia miercoles que sirven comida de tarde tipo picada, ensalada, y otras cosas mas, todo muy rico y variado. Cuentan tambien con un espacio de estacionamiento al aire libre

The room was clean and staff were nice. The drain plug in the room’s sink was stuck in down position. We were only given 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 4 person occupancy. The air conditioning unit was so loud, it woke me up every time it came on.

Very friendly front desk and room attendants.Made our stay really pleasant and they were very accommodating. Easy to communicate with english for the most part.

Cleaning staff did not arrive daily. Supplies were not restocked daily.

Wonderful experience!

We stayed on the fourth floor and as soon as you stepped out of the elevator , it smelled like urine on the hallway carpet. The further you walked from the elevator the less the smell got, however it was a disgusting smell to walk through to het ti your room. The closets were full of dust and the room carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Not a place I would stay again.

The moment you enter, you are welcomed by a pleasant scent in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for couples. What keeps bringing me back, however, is the incredible airport view. Watching the aircraft movements from the room is a unique experience and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel again. There were a few minor areas for improvement. The elevators felt somewhat slow and occasionally not as smooth as expected. In addition, during check-out I experienced some difficulty locating a luggage cart. Since I was on a tight schedule to catch my flight, I had hoped for a bit more assistance from the staff. Unfortunately, I had to visit several floors myself before finding one, which caused an unnecessary delay. Aside from these minor issues, my overall stay was excellent. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort, location, cleanliness, and outstanding views. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near the airport. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

This location has a staff who lies and doesn't answer the phone. We had three groups waiting at the airport for the shuttle to the hotel, and no one came on the hour. We all called the hotel and waited 30 minutes until someone answered. We all were waiting on sweltering heat.Then they told some it would show in 15, we got told 5 minutes. 45 minutes later ......Do better people. Don't offer a service you can't accommodate. Terrible experience.

I was traveling with my two adult daughters so we rented the suite, which came with two bedrooms and plenty of space for not too much more than a regular room. Location, near the airport, was great, and it’s on a lake so we had good views too!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and stocked with dishes and utensils. The staff was friendly. There was an elevator down but we only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad. The hotel was literally 10-12 minutes away from the airport which was awesome as well. My family will definitely be back.

Wonderful breakfast options, pleasant and helpful staff

The location. It was close to malls, restaurants and the airport. The breakfast options. On our first night we were in a room in which the ac was too loud. We called the front desk and maintenance came and told us it was normal. We didn't sleep well the whole night. On the next morning, I went to the front desk and asked for another room and they were very helpful.

The smell walking in and threw the hotel. Was Awesome!!!! Getting my room Service late! Especially when I requested and early service between 9:30or 10am. I end up getting it at 4pm.
