The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The location made it easy to get around, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a good stay and a practical choice for travelers looking for a simple, clean, and convenient place to stay.

Great front desk staffs, everyone is very friendly and helpful! Shuttle bus drivers are very nice too, especially the drive on night shift, wow, he helped my family twice from airport to hotel, what an awesome and chilled man!

Hot tub was closed for part of the stay. Breakfast didn’t taste that good. The waffles and fruit were good. Clean hotel.

The customer service was outstanding at this hotel. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk were genuinely friendly and sincere about wanting to make sure your time there was positive. The room was very nice and clean. I had a quick but great stay. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

We stayed here overnight prior to embarking on our first cruise. Everything about our stay was effortless. We got in pretty late and the gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even helped us arrange for affordable transport to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again for our future cruises leaving from Miami.

Our room was very clean and the evening staff were friendly and helpful. I would not use the shuttle service again due to the long wait. Our room was missing a garbage can, but we were only staying one night and didn’t call to request one. There’s no seating other than on the bed, but for one night that was not a big deal to us. The hallway was very noisy in the morning making it impossible to sleep past 7:30. Still, it was a good value and the cleanliness makes up for the minor inconveniences.
