Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon

The hotel was fine. They had a lot of construction going on, which made navigating or stay a little bit harder. I understand things need to be renovated. I wish at the time of booking they had told us that the hotel was being renovated.

Our suite was excellent.

We stayed for one night because we were going on a cruise the next day. We were assigned one the newest and recently remodeled rooms and it was beautiful. Lake view, studio like room. Hotel was super clean even though it’s undergoing renovations. Decent size pool. Friendly staff.

It was under construction at the time we stayed but decent hotel. Ice make was out on our floor to and hot tub downstairs by pool was not hot other then that great property we will stay there again

The only downside was that our room keys stopped working about two hours before checkout, which caused an unexpected delay and created a transportation issue for us. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did add unnecessary stress at the end of an otherwise great stay. Still, the property itself is excellent, and with a small improvement in checkout procedures, it would be an easy five‑star experience.

This hotel is getting old. It is close to the airport for that convenience is nice but it’s not soundproof so you hear the flights. It was under a remodeling, but I don’t recall getting that notice or seeing that on Expedia so that was disappointing things just seemed a little out of place and expensive for the quality of the hotel.

From start to finish, communication was inconsistent, and I was repeatedly given conflicting information, leaving me feeling like a nuisance rather than a valued guest. Employees had no record of conversations or arrangements made, and each interaction left me feeling as though I was responsible for the confusion rather than the hotel's lack of communication. The team and managers were dismissive of my concerns. My 17 year old was with me what was going on at this hotel. No advance notice that the property was undergoing renovations / One working elevator / The sounds of the drilling in the lobby made it annoying to walk from the elevator to the front door / Ants in our room / A patio screen torn in half / A flooded parking lot that left us walking through 4 inches of water. Checkout was equally frustrating. Only 1 of 4 elevators was operational, resulting in long waits and overcrowding. It took approx. 15 minutes just to exit the hotel. At the parking garage, the exit ticket provided by the hotel would not work. After multiple unanswered calls from both the kiosk and my cell phone, I had to pay $60 to exit. We were trying to catch a flight so it was stressful. Manager fibbed about my room. I was supposed to receive a refund for the price difference in the room type. Later, I received notification that he declined it

There was a lot of construction on the property. It was confusing. The parking lot is terrible although the staff was very friendly. The rooms were dirty after a long day of work. I took a shower and when I was getting ready to go into bed about 11 o’clock, there was a blood stain on my sheets. I called downstairs and nobody ever came up. I did the best I could as it was too late to check out. I took the sheets off and struggled through the night will not be returning ever again here.

Being a Senior, my room was extremely far from the elevator.

Under construction right now. The food was good. Staff was nice, except for the shuttle drive who was very rude to us about the tip amount that was given to him. It took us a hour wait for our shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

I love the room view was lovely my fiance and I really enjoyed our stay

I did complain about several small problems that negatively impacted my stay. The Manager documented all and made good on the cost of the room.

Was a clean and fun place to stay before a cruise.

The hotel is getting renovated and very unorganized it is very old and there are rips and tears in the furniture. Furniture in the bar area actually had duct tape on it. Staff were not helpful and check in process took forever. We asked for towels for the room no one ever came so we went to the pool and took pool towels. Would not recommend this hotel.
