Room smelled like someone next door was smoking and the USB ports do not work we had to go buy one at the store the pool doesn't look like they clean it daily everything else was good just expected a little more

The room was great and the beds were very comfortable but the shower had 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner however it had no body wash. The only other issue we had was for aelf parking it was a ridiculous walk more than a block for $66.

Parking. I think it is absurd that you have to pay such an outrageous rate to park your car at a hotel that you were staying at.

I'm sure the other rooms were nicer as I tend to get stuck with the ones that aren't as nice for being who I am. Would be more pleasant if things weren't degrading so much on the property. Rooms were decent and mostly clean. One major complaint, since when does it cost 8 dollars to do one load of laundry. And my clothes never did completely dry so I had to air dry them. I don't know if they keep it that way or if it was built for a specific villain to make their visit as uncomfortable and expensive as possible. Other than that the staff were decent and the rooms nice but could be a little cleaner.
