Homewood Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport

It was our first time staying here with my family. The boys enjoyed and wife said it was cozy for us. We havd a great experience. Definitely we will staying here again in the near future.

Clean room and great breakfast.

We were given a room upon arrival and everything was good. Next day (1 night in room) we get a call at 10am from front desk saying we need to move rooms that scheduled maintenance needs to be done. At this time we were getting ready to head out to an event that I purchased tickets for and had to be there by a certain time. I explained this to the front desk and they said they could move stuff. I did not feel comfortable with that due to our belongings were unpacked since we thought that was our room for the next 4 days. So we stayed to pack up our belongings and were not given a room till almost noon, which was the time I had to be at event. So we missed out on the paid event that we traveled out of state and no refund . I did not get refunded by hotel for their screw up aside of just 3 days paid parking (which is another joke). This hotel should offer free parking to guest with what you pay and not give a guest a room that has scheduled maintenance. We were (I think) kicked out of our room because there was an event going on (roof top was closed) that someone wanted our room. I would have been fine with another room from the get go instead of messing up our plans and worse no compensation but 3 days parking. That was wrong and could of 100% been prevented. Customer service terrible and did not go above to make it right for what we the guest lost out on.

Great location for overnight airport stay. Easy shuttle, quick to the hotel,Midway rental car agency in the lobby. The only thing is that the rooms are a bit rundown. The rugs were stained and the furniture threadbare, but if that doesn't matter then the price is right. Staff is cool and super helpful.

Where the hotel fell short was with its promised complimentary breakfast. On Saturday, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 and it was not ready. When we reported this to the staff member did not say sorry for the inconvenience and just said it was coming. On Sunday, there was no coffee, which is poor service. Given this promise of breakfast is appealing to many who stay at the hotel so they can get to LAX early in the morning it was disappointing that the hotel could not manage this benefit. I am not likely to stay again for this reason.

Very amibiant lighting. Full blockout curtains for a good night sleep. Coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen. Loads of space. Comfortable king size bed with great pillows. Night light for the bathroom. Great amount of space in the lounge, bedroom, kitchen and batbroom. Clean and tidy. Practical fitout. Icemaker in the feeezer. Large screen TV everytbing you need for tume away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No basic cutlery in the room even though we had a kitchen. Kitchen was not really usable because of this. Parking was ridiculously expensive. Loads of noise overnight from nearby construction

Just stayed for one night after a late flight in to LAX. The room was very clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast was great.

An Asian face waitress (nsme forgot) whose service made us a very memorable experience at the hotel kitchen & bar on Jun 6 evening. Complimentary breakfast on Jun 8. Several items, for instance, fruits, coffee, half and half milk were out of supply at around 8AM when there were still many in coming guests. When asked, the serving waitress declined to refill the food items.

Location was great! Service was friendly and helpful.
