Great stay.

Better than expected! The complimentary shuttle service running every 15 minutes from LAX made arrival seamless, and check-in was quick and effortless. The rooms were a great size—we had both a king and a double—and there’s an excellent variety of food options available downstairs. Despite the hotel being very busy with the World Cup, all staff, including cleaners and restaurant teams, were friendly and attentive. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Well done!

Too expensive!! Parking was horrendously expensive too. $30 for one-time entry/exit. $60 for multiple times. Elevator in parking garage did not function and they're weren't enough handicapped spaces. There was more reserved staff parking space than there were for handicapped persons.

Very helpful staff and easy self parking. The room was clean and room service was very prompt and thorough. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Exercise room was very good. Got in a nice workout.

I was overcharged for my stay and am awaiting a resolution from management however the staff at the hotel is being unhelpful.

I enjoyed my stay , however I did witness a roach on the premises and the parking is not well explained on the hotels description or pricing ! I had to pay extra for parking which was not what I expected!

Great place will stay there again

Not happy that pool was unavailable. Only reason I picked over other locations. Parking was a nightmare. If you self parked, there was a lot of confusion at the kiosk so it was always backed up. Wendy who checked me in not very friendly but maybe so many people coming in town for World Cup. Not many people were friendly except coffee lady wearing France Jersey. She was above and beyond. I was surprised by how highly recommended this hotel was but my friend who I visited said I should have gone to the one in El Segunda so that was probably my first mistake. But room was clean and elevators were fast. And easy access to LAX. But only go if you don’t have a car. Great for pilots/flight attendants

Clean, safe, and up to date

The real draw is the convenience factor to the LAX airport. There is a free shuttle that runs about every 20 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and they offer various food choices on site. The only downside is, I could hear both neighbors next-door and above us so the soundproofing wasn’t the best.
