Shuttle didn’t leave on time and was unpredictable - reception didn’t want to help and “explained” it’s a contractor. I almost missed my flight!

I did not like when I went and got my car out of storage and brought it back to the hotel to load my luggage, there was no where to park my car ………. Very frustrating!! Other than that everything else was perfect!!

Breakfast wasn’t that great typically hotel’s style of choices. Room didn’t have window it was block out felt too dark. Overall it was okay will not come back this hotel again.

Properly was good , but the parking was not explained properly, so had a trouble , but thought we managed to figure out the airport parking , there should at least a board saying to park in airport parking and walk in to the hotel

Parking is awful. Please find another way to accommodate your guests. Walls are paper thin.

Staff can be a bit more helpful with income guest’s luggage. Also updated outlets probably would be nice … ones with USB. Otherwise it’s still a great stay! 👍
