Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® Area

The staff was wonderful, and Ramona at the Oasis is exceptional! However, I wish the shower situation were improved. The shower and tub were peeling, and the water temperature was inconsistent; it would either fail to stay hot or become too hot to tolerate.

Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Did wish the pool would stay open a bit longer compared to the neighboring hotels.

Great location, pool and the bar area was phenomenal. The servers and bartenders were super nice. Clean rooms, quite and relaxing. Another great perk was the shuttle bus always a 10☆ we will be returning on future trips as we always do.

Room could have been cleaner. I am guessing the rooms are not swept or vacuumed. I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor of the bathroom. Three days later, the trash was still in the same location.

Great Hotel

Rooms wasn’t bad. Only issues were bathroom doo handle wasn’t working very well and outlets on the desk to charge my phone didn’t work. Not a fan of the $30 parking fee along with $36 resort fee charge as well so keep that in mind because Expedia didn’t show that or at least maybe I missed it

Was pretty disappointed that the room I had already booked wasn’t ready at check in and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get to our room. The staff were helpful though. Everything else was great.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing and could easily pass as a motel. The rooms are outdated, and the only charging options available were USB ports, which are no longer practical in 2026. The room also did not feel properly sanitized upon arrival. Someone had left their room key on the dresser from a previous stay, which suggests that housekeeping may not have thoroughly inspected or cleaned the room before our arrival. To make matters worse, most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. Out of all the outlets, only one was functional, forcing me to rotate charging my devices throughout our stay. For the price, this hotel is simply not worth it. In addition to the high room rate, guests are hit with additional fees at check-in, which only adds to the frustration. I regret not going with my original choice, a Universal hotel at the same price point, and just driving over. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Wonderful property!

The room was clean, the employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the early entry to the parks, the free shuttle, the amazing pool, the yummy nachos.. the list goes on!!! Absolutely loved our 7 day stay here!!

Clean room, turndown service. Ceilings low and rooms a little dated. Overall not bad and appreciated walking distance to Disney Springs.

Shuttle to Disney and proximity to Disney springs was perfect. The pool was nice and the property was always clean.

Check-in was smooth enough, and the room was fine. We went out to explore as soon as we got our luggage into the room. After we came back to the room that night, we realized the TV wouldn't turn on. There were no controls on the TV, so we called the front desk and asked for a replacement remote. We were told 5-10 minutes, and we would have a new one; 45 minutes later, still no remote. Called again and were told someone would check on it. A total of 1 hour 30 minutes later, we finally got a remote. Not at all impressed, seeing as you pay a $40 resort fee and the most BASIC amenity was not available, and we had to go through hoops to get a remote to fix the problem. To top it off, the next morning when we left, the gate wouldn't open to let us out. A line of cars had to sit and wait on someone to come out and open the gate manually. We might stay again, but only if other resorts were full.

The room was very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was well worth the money. It was also nice being within walking distance of Disney Springs and only minutes from the parks. My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 20-year anniversary at this property.
