The only downside was the long walk with our luggage to the island building. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

I love this hotel! There is a walkway to Disney springs and only takes about 5-10 minutes walking! It’s in a great location and booking the shuttles to the parks was great.

The pool area was great and the location is nice. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The room overlooking the Epcot fireworks was nice. The beds are awful, I found carmel corn in the bed when I turned it down, the market place is small for the size of hotel, and the bar and eating areas aren’t overly big.

Hands down the worst day that we have ever had in Florida will never be returning room was gross Staff was absolutely of no help. Most of them didn’t even speak English, so unfortunately you couldn’t communicate to get anything that you needed or a stay ever will never return!

The room was extremely noisy. The door doesn't proof any sounds. We were like sleeping in the hallway, we could hear everything outside the room.

The pool hours were great .. only one thing is one soda was $8 smh more expensive than the parks .. that was terrible other than it was a good experience

Great location with early access to Disney. Facility is in very good condition. Everything is clean. Prices at the pool restaurant/bar, and the fast restaurant in the basement, are as absurd as at Disney.
