This place has awesome service. My son lost hood wallet and they went above and beyond to contact us and ship it to us quickly. They also had rooms with great space for the five of us—much better than a typical hotel experience.

This place is fantastic, and I plan to revisit. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Although the room could use some improvements, it was very clean. Overall I had a great experience.

The man that helped with check in at the front desk was very nice and informative. The hotel is older, but overall, it’s clean and has a lot to offer.

Walking distance to Disney Springs. Has shuttle bus to the parks. Staff is friendly.

Holiday Inn remains a viable option to stay in the Disney Springs area. The hotel remains clean and comfortable, and staff are positive. One warning: the price you see is not the price you pay. Expensive add-ons like resort fees and parking will increase your final bill by as much as a third!

Breakfast was included for us and it had a great selection.

The room had a musty smell and the view wasn’t great but the price was good. Finally a hotel where the resort fees were logical, not paying extra for things you wouldn’t use. Staff were very friendly.

We have stayed here 4 times. Always clean, the staff is always very pleasant, everything, the amenities are very nice. We were here for a convention. We did not have time to enjoy the pool.

The location next to Disney springs was very special! Can’t thing of anything.
