The closeness to Disney Springs is the best part about this hotel. They are clean, courteous and friendly. They need an indoor restaurant all day instead of only serving breakfast. Worth what you pay.

Electrical outlet at sink did not work Shower water never fully shut off Your group arrived at 12:30 at night all over entire hotel very loud front desk would do nothing we were woke up then could not go back to sleep for nearly an hour it was like they were in our rooms Did not want to let me check in both rooms because I added my son and he was not present yet I booked and paid for both rooms Parking and fees nearly double room cost better off staying on property Been going to this hotel for about 15 years with steady decline

Let’s start off with the fact that we missed the fine print of the additional resort fee so that a hidden fee. Additional for parking. The rooms looked like a repainted holiday inn. If it rains you will not able to enjoy your walk over to Disney springs and this is difficult with young children. I do not recommend it either because the staff even provided us with the wrong check out information , checked out another guest instead of us and we had to go back for them to correct it. For the price we paid we should have just stayed on Disney property. Do not stay here. Also NO MICROWAVE in the room which was a total inconvenience when you have small kids. You have to leave your room to go to the lobby.

Location was good the lobby had a good coffee shop and other foods and drinks available. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

My go to hotel stay for Disney springs. Always friendly, clean and closest to Springs.

Property is ok. Front staff was nice but very hard to understand. Property is especially easy to access Disney Springs.
-
Close to Disney springs , easy to walk back n fourth for shows and shopping

Walking distance to Disney Springs. Older hotel, rooms small but upgraded and clean. Great for one night stay. Pool area and food excellent. Would stay again.

During our stay the hot water was turned off for a day for maintenance, which I understand, but then two days later all the guest laundry facilities were closed as they are replacing the washers and dryers. They are not expected to be put in until June 30th. I love that they are doing maintenance but these two things in the same span of time is a lot for guest; especially when they have little ones to bathe and laundry to been done for long trips. When we were notified about the laundry facilities they didn’t offer any alternative options for those that needed laundry done.

This is an older hotel with some nice upgrades in the lobby, restaurant and pool area. The 24 hour store and Joffrey's is a great plus. Rooms are in good condition but dated a bit. The sunset section feels old and even a bit nostalgic with the outward facing doors and Florida humidity. The close proximity to Disney Springs and the available theme park shuttles are big pluses here as well. There are plenty of staff to help you get checked in or out and to help you with making plans for Disney, Universal or other attractions.

Great and close to everything
-
One of our favorite hotels to stay at as regular Disney visitors.
-
Perfect location. You can walk to Disney Springs in a matter of minutes. Facility was well maintained and staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely stay again.
-
Location was great for walking to Disney springs. Doors were hard to open, elevators are really slow and small, people can see through your room window. However, you get what you pay for and there is free shuttles to Disney world parks with on time scheduling.

Muy céntrica de Disney spring excelente el servicio del personal.
-
Good stay. Close to Disney if you don’t want to drive far.
-
Beautiful quaint space for family or solo trips. 10/10 would come back

This hotel was just “ok”, the rooms are not that great. The hotel lobby was nice and it was set up strange.. the elevators were not easy to deal with. Our first room smelled of mold and dirt. We asked to move and the staff was very nice. No fault of theirs.

We arrived a tad early and were able to check in as soon as we got there. The staff that assisted us when we arrived were spectacular. Everyone was SO friendly and welcoming to us. The room itself was clean and everything seemed very well kept. For the price it’s pretty alright, nothing crazy or fancy. The best part for us was how easy the walk was to Disney Springs itself. Maybe a 6-7 minute walk that’s just a straight way! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re really just needing a place to rest after a long day of fun.
