It's good never really saw the staff

I couldnt actually get into hotel and waited minutes before even receiving a message. I had to seek accomodations elsewhere!!!!!!!

First of all I’m allergic to cigarettes and when I opened the door I immediately couldn’t breathe from the smell of smoke. This was a gross room that I had to go up a bunch of stairs to get to. Immediately after sitting on the bed my skin started to itch and after looking there was hair on the sheets and later found bed bugs. Horrifying nightmare experience I left after a couple of hours after checking in and had bed bug bites on my leg and it ruined my trip this place needs to be shut down it’s a health hazard

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed throughout my visit. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

This is a great place to stay. There are a lot of restaurants and stores to shop. Can any one say elevator I wish there was one here. Every one was very nice and helpful. Im looking forward to my next stay.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Much love to the housekeeping staff. Would recommend for anyone!

Very clean. Comfortable bed.

I loved this little hotel. Very boutique but the rooms are pristine and the housekeeping staff is amazing. Amazing and safe location right on a walkable shopping area in Glendale. Parking is offsite but it's only a quick walk around the block. You do have to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs but I'm a light packer and this was no problem for me. I will definitely be returning.

The Brand Plaza Hotel is a very quaint and well situated hotel located off of Brand Blvd. You have Porto's, The Glendale Galleria, and the Americana at your disposal within a very close proximity. The staff is nice enough. The hotel itself is more than 100 years old as it was established in 1924. The main issue I have with this hotel are the steep staircases that you have to manage as you unload or load your hotel room. So if you come here pack lightly or else you will have a very extreme workout. The parking also is not very close making the loading and unloading very difficult.

Liked that Hotel was close to local restaurants and bars. Hotel and hotel rooms are on the second floor of building which has no elevator only flight of stairs. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Small but affordable room, nicely furnished. Parked in the lot behind the hotel but not certain we parked in the correct lot. Was wondering if our vehicle would be towed. Course use better instruction as to where the lot was. Out only complaint.

I will highly recommend!!

Beautiful place, very convenient to everything we needed, and very safe area.

No elevator is my only disappointment
