Clean rooms I booked 2 rooms that were connecting to each other ! Our fridges in our room were not cold but as soon as I let them know they sent someone to fix both of em a they were super cold after !

The Bar and lounge area were great. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was that the pool was not open.

The Hilton Glendale was a really well maintained hotel with great amenities and nice staff. The only negative would be the water pressure in the shower!

Breakfast buffet was a huge letdown- toasters that wouldn’t heat up, very very limited vegetarian option, mushy day-old oatmeal, only black coffee offered, and wait staff that kept demanding we tip them despite offering zero assistance with anything and not to mention lipstick stained coffee mugs

Toilet clogged and overflowed. Early checkout due to medical emergency and I have not received a refund.

Overall the room was comfortable. The bed was nice and the pillows were great. The shower had no pressure. Also, our refrigerator was not working our first night. We told the desk in the morning and they replaced it that day. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working so we had to go to another floor to get ice.

Service a breakfast was good and in a good central location near shopping and universal studios. But that window gave me anxiety.
