Great stay! Extremely clean and great breakfast!

Great tplace

Location was perfect after catching a baseball game at Dodger Stadium. The hotel was very clean and modern. Nice amenities such as the mini-mart inside to buy drinks and snacks make it very convenient. I just wish there was onsite parking. Valet costs $45 per night and self-park is $38 in a vacant unsecured lot next door.

Staff is awesome!!!

The hotel is conveniently located to loads of shopping, restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful and the facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was good, for American hotel breakfast.
-
Very good location near downtown Glendale with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. They have a nice breakfast. Valet parking is a little expensive but there lower price public parking near by. I will stay there again.

Room decor was pleasing and all amenities, furniture and plumbing was in excellent repair. The room was very clean. The ;free' breakfast was stocked with an abundance of food choices and items. The parking garage is a bit dismal and expensive and requires a 70 m walk through a busy driveway. The on-sight restaurant and bar were deserted. My clue: Don't order room service. We wanted a room for a third, special-needs adult, but there was no room divider (it looked like there was a partial one in on line photos) and the sofa bed would nearly fill the remainder of the room. We had to book another room at full price. Breakfast is served until 9 a.m. I asked a couple of college-educated staff to look at the crowd just 15 minutes before closing. There were more people including many families with children than at any time since the opening at 6:30 a.m. These staff could offer no insight from this observation. Do you think maybe the breakfast end time should be later?, I asked. The only answer was the time was company policy. I then asked "Do these guest appear to be business or leisure travelers?" Response was I don't know. Much of the breakfast dining seats are low chairs best for enjoying a relaxing bar drink. The breakfast is plentiful, but did not include anything interesting, just same ol', same ol'. Hallway carpeting frayed. They could easily trim off the loose threads to make it look much nicer. Walkway and drive outside front entrance messy with stains/gum.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, slightly above average American hotel breakfast. The location was central with many shops and restaurants walking distance. The parking was overpriced, so we used a public lot near the hotel which cost $12 a day vs $50 at the hotel.

Net net, if you are driving a car, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE in the neighborhood. Downtown Glendale is great with a lot of restaurants and clubs
-
I've stayed here twice now, and both times, everything was great. I like that there are always several staff people available in the lobby, and those I've interacted with there or on the phone have all provided excellent customer service. Everything in the room functioned properly and was clean.
