Desayunos continentales de muy mala calidad , café y pan .la habitación seleccionada no fue como la de la publicidad .

We booked the Romantic Suite and to tell you the truth the layout was great but the room instead needed so much work. Cabinet door that was broken, remote was missing for the tv, ac wasn’t functioning, and the room smelled like cigarettes. I should have done a bit more research, I’ve come across the property to book when staying out in LA and have thought about it but to tell you the truth I think you are better off somewhere else. Last time I’m booking here. Checking in staff was really nice.

Couldnt sleep because of neighbors playing lous music, was not told about a 100 dollar deposit, hair found in the towels. Total nightmare

Don’t count on courtesy from the front staff…they also charge for parking.

Hola, lo que no me gustó es que ese día 05 de junio que nos quedamos con mi esposa, un amigo y la mujer de él, hubo un momento en el que ellas salieron a comprar algo de comer y el huésped de la habitación 217 empezó a decirles que si eran golfas y prostitutas, que por cuanto dinero estaban dispuestas a trabajar y la verdad eso no me gustó para nada y nos incomodó bastante la actitud de ese señor, aparte de eso siempre vivía observándonos y fue bastante incomodo

Cons: Thin walls neighbor tv kept me up till 3 am. I think it was totally unacceptable to charge for parking and for each additional night. Plenty of parking room not any car protection. When you pay a business almost 400.00 to stay for 2 nights I think it's outrageous to charge for parking. There's other ways to keep non guests off the lot without corporate greed to charge for an unsealed parking lot.This info is not disclosed until after you purchased your stay. I worked 3 12 hour days to pay for this room and for 160 in gas to drive 6 hours there and I get gouged for parking. Business should be happy some one was willing to pay top dollar s plus to stay there . I think by the time you add the extra fees you may as well stay at the holiday inn or Hilton for a guaranteed quiet room and theft proof parking if your going to pay for parking.

Jacuzzi Paid parking for 1 car it’s not the same how it looks in photos 0% luxury it’s almost same motel 6 I don’t know why I pay almost $200

Our stay here was great. Staff was great and curious. Room was clean and comfortable.

Its affordable and they do have clean rooms but you can hear everything from next door so just be aware of that.

I usually really like this hotel for when I'm staying out in LA. But I think this time I got an older room which was a lot less well maintained.
