The property is in a wonderful spot, steps away from the Glendale Galleria or Americana at Brand. Easy to navigate, safe & secure parking. Clean modern room, and up to date room technology.

The best part was the breakfast. The beds were not comfortable and the front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant. Seems bothered if we placed a request.

Rooms where not ready checked in 3:30 staffing terrible bad mood employees not friendly at all bad attitude for the money I pay over 400.00 appreciate it if at least they reimburse me for 1 night thankfully Alfred Ruiz
