The hotel room was so clean, housekeeping was so hospitable anything you called for your room it was brought over very quickly. Breakfast was so good and the chief was very polite made super good omelets. Thank you for making my sons birthday very special, we will be back again!!

We loved this place. Complimentary breakfast and evening drinks/ snacks were great. Our room was cleaned each day so that our big family always had enough towels. We also loved the pool and hot tub on the terrace to relax and watch the sunset.

The hotel is close by to many things- freeway, gas station, dining options, and Universal Studios (short drive). We like how clean the overall hotel was. Our room was very spacious for our family of 5. The breakfast food was satisfying and we really appreciated how spacious the seating area was compared to other hotels we’ve been to. The hotel staff were excellent. We will definitely come back.

I had no problems with my stay at this facility. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was awesome, the parking was easy, the breakfast was great and the room worked perfectly for me and my family. It was 6 of us and the family pet. There was also a little spot with doggie bags just outside the hotel for the dogs although I had my own. I will definitely be staying here for my next vacation in Los Angeles.

There some things that need maintenance, roof by bar area shows signs of water damage. Service is exceptionally good. Location is convenient. Breakfast is best !

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night and very glad only 1 night. The AC was not working and we did let them know 1 hr after we check in and they came to look at it and was supposedly fixed but it wasn't. Next morning we woke up the AC was reading at 83 degrees. This is unacceptable especially when traveling with a child under 3. Please do better!!

The room was spacious and very clean. Easy to park, i just hope that they will have atleast 1 relief area for the dogs.

My stay here was actually perfect. I loved it! Breakfast was complimentary as well. They also give you 2 drink tickets for the bar! The time is 5:30pm-7pm. It’s on the back on the breakfast tickets. The bed wasn’t comfortable but the rest of the stay was really good. Parking was $28 a night

Clean, beautiful, staff let my toddlers feed the koi fish in the lobby :) We’ll be back.

Loved the breakfast and social hour, so fun! No vending machine and the little hotel store was closed the whole time.
