Express Inn Near Columbus Airport

This place needs to be torn down. We booked as a stop on our road trip, and the pictures provided a better picture of what the actuality was. The area is unsafe, the clerk had security, the pool was unusable, covered, and gated and locked, the rooms were dirty, beds were filthy and uncleaned if at all ever. Massive amount of dog hair in both beds under the ratted with holes comforter, stains of all kinds on the beds, dirty bathroom, broken latch on the door- lock was not locking from inside. Very poor customer service, he didn’t care about the dirty beds which is the bare minimum! All we needed was a clean bed to sleep. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. It’s literally stayed in by unscrupulous people and crackheads, there was a man screaming for help and dragged by someone else back into a room at the hotel across from this one- so there’s the safety issue for families who think they can have a quick stop for sleep.

Nothing. They gave my room away, even though I had paid in full 6 weeks in advance. They told me to screw off and offered no refund, even though they showed me in their system that my payment was made and accepted in full. This place is an absolute scam. I drove 6 hours to a different state only to have nowhere to stay when I got there. Scumbags!

There was a hole in the Ceiling of the shower. When the people upstairs showered water came through. Room is very small very basically very old. Beds are comfy. Not the safest areas. A lot of businesses around are shut down. Parking lots can be loud at night. Window air conditioner

The fact they didnt honor my reservation & this hotel doesn’t exist

Booked a smoking with 2 twin beds. When I arrived was given a non smoking single twin.

The hotel didn’t exist after multiple attempts of dealing with what I believe was AI they tried to reach out to the hotel with zero response. I was left without having a hotel and the hotel literally didn’t exist at the address on the app. Super disappointing!!!!

They did not let me stay here at all, I don’t know why my reservation was confirmed because they did not have any rooms

Room was filthy. Sheets were stained. Fixtures falling down. AND ROACHES... We checked out and forfeited our next three nights. Do not stay here.
