Quality Inn Columbus - East

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We choose this hotel for affordability and it was as expected; nothing fancy and close to our destination. The main concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, the water was lukewarm at best.

The air conditioning no good

The room was in bad condition the bed had a horrible smell of urine the bathroom had the soap that someone else used before. The carpets were disgusting, they smelled unpleasant.

This was a very nice hotel stay. Very friendly staff. It was clean and comfortable, above average. It's hard to make a good critique for only one night. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. Would definitely consider this hotel in the future.

Long story short, I didn’t get what I paid for. I paid for a room that was supposed to have 1 queen bed. Instead I got a filthy room with double beds. I brought it to the staffs attention just for them to tell me that’s all they can give me. Why have me pay for something (I paid for it way in advance mind you) and I don’t even get what I paid for? On top of that the room was filthy. The floors were dirty, bathroom floors were dirty, you could feel all the filth on your feet when walking around. There were spider webs throughout the bathroom and under the sink area. And the 2 beds had stains on the sheets.

Lighting in room was dull and some of the sockets were not working.

While checking in lady was in lobby yelling am cursing on the phone and the guy behind the desk said nothing, pretty sure he's one of the owners. We would of checked out but there was an event that weekend(that we was not attending) and all the hotels were booked solid. Plus they wanted a 50$ Deposit? You have my card!

Don’t book a non smoking room at this hotel as they only have smoking. When I checked in at desk, they said I booked a smoking room. Not! Showed my reservation and they said no smoking were rooms available. A dump hotel.

NOTHING at all. I didn't like the room whatsoever. I was bit by bed bugs the bathroom was horrible everything. I wish there was a way for me to upload the video I have. I feel I deserve a full refund!!!

Excelente servico

This location is great and easily accessable to other places in Columbus. The area is a little depressed but seemed safe.

Close to where I needed to be. No zip up mattress cover on mattress. Very important!!!

I switched my first room because it was dirty and me second room was dirty as well I couldn’t even use the bathroom because the toilet because it was so nasty

It is a 2 star hotel, so it's fine if you need a place to sleep for a few days. The AC unit worked well and the shower space and water pressure was better than expected. My main concern was that the Wi-fi did not work, so I used all of my mobile data while staying here. The hotel advertises free wifi, but it does not work. I saw a few stains in the shower, indicating the walls were not scrubbed properly, but it was not very visible. The bathroom ceiling comes down pretty low and the panels in the roof were a little broken. The sink was leaking and we had to keep a trash bin underneath the sink pipe. The lights are pretty dim, so do not expect natural lighting in the room. Lastly, the walls were thin - I could hear people in the next room. I did not experience the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Parking every day and the check out process were a breeze. Check in was fairly quickly as well. I am still awaiting for the deposit payment of $50 to be returned to me though (I checked out a week ago).
