The guy checking me in was rude and I even had to make him call his manager because he was so rude when I asked him about the elevator and he told me there wasn’t one. He tried to cancel my reservation without asking me if I wanted to cancel. I told him I had already paid to please not cancel my reservation and he told me to contact customer service to get my money back. I said I don’t want my money back. I want my room and to call your manager. Then, when I got to the room, there was hair on the blanket that belong to somebody else. The bathroom was dirty, and there were no dishes in the kitchen. On the first morning, I woke up with three bug bites on my abdomen. I reported them to the front desk and they brushed me off like it couldn’t have happened there. On my third and last night, I walked into the bathroom, turned on the light to watch a bedbug crawl across the floor.. I will never stay at this hotel again the hallways smell like dirty socks, and cigarettes

Everything. Filthy, haven't got my deposit back yet, air conditioner barely works. Smelled horrible of onion garlic smoke and mold. Not one dish in the room. I had to clean room myself. Microwave was rusted out and unusable. NO BREAKFAST!

Staff couldn’t understand English and rude. Parking lot felt very unsafe with loitering.

This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. We booked this hotel for the Sonic Temple Festival. We ended up leaving a day early because of the ants infestation in the room. There are stains on every surface. The sheets had spots of blood on them. The towels smelled horrible and were stained. Online says check in is 7am. They will chharge you extra for arriving before 3pm. The kitchenette has absolutely nothing but a barely running fridge, a non-working stove and the worlds smallest microwave. There was no soap or way to wash dishes. No coffee pot. The bathroom gas to be cleaned before we could use it. The tub had a ton of hair in it. Toilet has pee all over. There was a half used mini bottle of soap and an open bar of soap. The curtain had brown stains.the handrails in the lobby were caked with dirt and grime. There is absolutely no handicapped access. I could keep going but theres no point.

I feel like I was catfished … this place was such a dump we even thought about driving home after the first night .. we were here for a music festival…. This is by far one of the worse place I’ve stayed at …

It smells cigarette

I wasn't expecting much, but even my low expectations were too much. "Suite" is a misnomer for a smallish room with kitchenette . There were NO cups or bowls or utensils in room. Even plastic ones would be a cheap upgrade. NO cups in room..none...was glad I had soda bottle to take my meds. Water also stunk. NO COFFEE...not in room, not in lobby, not anywhere. Again, a small investment by owners would go a long way.

Poor hygiene, poor environment, dirty sheets, and the whole hotel smells of marijuana!

Nothing the property smells terrible and looks even worse. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!! The overall property was horrible. No coffee makers, no breakfast, no pool, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. no blankets on the beds. It smelled like poop and cigarettes. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY!!!! This was the worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had.

To be completely honest, it need to be remodeled or close it. First, I noticed a urine smell in the entrance to the room. Secondly, my freezer door had dirt frozen to the shelves on the door. Thirdly, cigarettes burned on the blanket, bed mattress, floor, and chair. Finally, the shower curtain had black mold at the bottom and in the toilet.

None EVERYTHING. So many things broken, shower head, fridge, window screens. The worst part is, the carpet floor was moist and wet, not only it has a funky smell, there are tons of flees everywhere!

Nothing. I immediately booked with a different hotel and ate the cost since they said there was a 24 hour requirement to get any refund. (Even though I had no idea the place was going to look and smell like that 24 hours in advance).
