Filthy Dump!

Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight

Room wasn’t properly cleaned, floors weren’t swept, bedding cover looked terrible, stains, hopefully it was washed. People outside smoking weed, drinking. Cop cars have to patrol parking lot every few hours. Do not stay at this location, it is not a good sign of town either.

I had two rooms and the beds was nasty it was horrible and they asked me could I change the bed

The place was alittle run down butttt the staff was helpful and it was clean given the circumstances, and the staff was nice and accommodating, I stayed 5 nights and I had no issues whatsoever. Given the price it was a great stay and experience and very close to the interstate.

The room was terrible. Dust everywhere stains on the bed,sheets and the chair. Smelled funny

Didnt check in by 11 so they canceled reservation, even though I requested it online.

Said our reservation was cancelled gave me a card number that was never my card number Nothing

The Stay here was nice and what was expected. We loved they had smoking rooms and that there was no carpet Hard wood floors was a plus. The room was clean. Did not like or agree with the $100.00 extra deposit. However, it was refunded on my card later. The room was decent, but we took pictures and reported to front office areas of concern when we first checked in room that they probably would have tried to keep the extra $100.00. Only issue was because we stayed two nights no one came to clean room or empty trash or bring clean towels (We had our on from home Packed) and when we asked everyone who work cleaning rooms all say they didn't speak English. I feel it was a lie and it represented poor customer service. Overall, we had stayed there once, and we will more than likely repeat stay here if/when back in Columbus. They do have lots of weekly/monthly live in customers (so No breakfast) with lots of dogs.( We're not really pet lovers). And The Night Parking was awful we had to park kinda far from room. It was quiet and we felt safe. They get an 8 out of Ten.

Bed was comfortable

Noisy, roaches in the room, bedspread had cigarette holes and the floor did not appear to be swept.

The linen was stained. I had to take the linen off and get more

The room was SO dirty. Dirt on the sheets, the bathtub was black, the walls were covered in dirt, there was a thick layer of dirt and dust on the floor, it was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned. There was someone’s Vape pen sitting on the counter when we entered the room. I took photos so show the front desk they offered no apologies or solutions simply said “yeah okay”.

Nothing I asked for a non smoking room and end up with a smoking room. The room was dirty and when I called the front desk to explain the issues about the filth they said well it’s a smoking room?!?! Ok do you just not clean smoking rooms? Then was discussing other issues and the front desk guy hung up on me.

Nothing It was dirty, smelly, and the doors were not safe. We left and did not stay

Nothing. Never cleaned! Even when asked. No clean towels, even when asked. Bed was uncomfortable. Found a condom in our room and almost caused a bad fuss with me and my bf. Rude daytime manager. Have to ask 4&5 times for anything!! Cleaning staff refused cleaning our room after a third day of asked. Bed sheets were always nasty

This hotel is VERY noisy. People coming and going and lingering around all hours of the night with no respect for those who may be sleeping. A permanent resident locks their dog in the restroom most of the day and night and it barks non-stop.

Do not stay here. It's more like a shelter. Stains on the bedspread, broken security lock, broken trim, terribly repaired wall and doors. Hot & cold water were reversed on both the shower and sink. Outside conditions were beyond sketchy. Police we're out front when I left. I neglected to check the reviews before I booked the room. I could not guarantee my safety and comfort so I did not stay the night.
