Room was a little dirty, nothing really bad just little things.

The breakfast kept stocked up and the even loaned my kid a charger when. He realized he forgot his. So staff is super friendly Nothing really

Wish there would have been a hair dryer in the room

Great customer service

Owner only put out limited food and supplies for breakfast. Usually food gone 30 minutes before breakfast was over. No plates to use since only a few were put out which deterred anyone from wanting anything. Slow draining bathtub.

The breakfast was a little lack

The worst part of the place was the parking, I had to park in Whataburger parking lot, other than that the staff was super helpful, and the pace was very clean

Was there for Family weekend ACU. Good location and super friendly staff. Definitely will reserve again.

Staff was friendly, accommodating. Location was good and convenient. Hotel is older, shows sign of its age. Could be cleaner, but age may be factor. Price was really high for Quality Inn, but it was due to the high demand from huge datacenter construction going on.

Hotel was nice. Windows are terrible and you can hear everything. The trash truck beat up the dumpsters at 2AM and sounded like it was in our room

Rhonda and the gentleman in the morning (owner?) were both great, very professional, attentive and friendly. The location and layout were great. Wish we could have used the pool but didn’t get the chance.

Property itself was clean and as expected. The owner apparently has a policy that you cannot check in unless you are 25. This policy is not written anywhere on the website while booking and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING when we arrived after a 10 hour drive at 1am. It just so happened that I was meeting my parents at this hotel and we were only able to get checked in because I woke up my dad to come down and get us checked in. We are 21 and 22 and have checked into multiple hotels all over the country. This policy NEEDS to be clearly stated on ALL websites that have this hotel location as a booking option, especially considering this is the owner’s policy and not a corporate policy.

We had a 1 night stay. Check in wqs simple and the staff was very nice The room wwa amazing, clean and comfortable.
