Quite and great location The bathroom floor was dirty and the couch was too low to sit on. The price of the room was expensive for one night stay.

The front desk staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was good.

This hotel needs to step it up. Very poor quality compared to other holiday inn express hotels I have stayed in. Hot tub was out of order. The photos in the ads showed otherwise. The pancake machine was not working. Apparently this is a common occurrence because they had a special sign put up. The other breakfast items were ok. The faucet on the bathtub in our room was broken. The staff were good, but again this experience was well below what I expected from this chain. Let’s not even discuss the insane hotel pricing…

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The Holiday Inn Express Trademark is their cinnamon rolls, however, they were out of them. They were also out of milk during the time I was there for breakfast. The lady working in the breakfast area did eventually bring a one-gallon jug of milk, but most hotels have pints of whole milk, 2% milk, and skim milk. Some even have almond milk. And there was no fruit. It just really missed the mark.

The cleanliness was lacking, the water smelled like rotten eggs, comforter and floor was dirty. The toilet seat needed to be replaced, ants all over the the coffee, food area, and breakfast seating. Just nasty....

Room was clean and staff was friendly

The staff was top notch. Greeting us every time we came through the door . The kitchen staff was very friendly and constantly cleaning and stocking breakfast items. Housekeeping accommodated us when we needed extra towels, very friendly .. 3rd floor staff!

The staff & room was clean, comfortable & everything worked well. One odd thing was there's no coffee makers in rooms. I asked about this & was told some city guy came by & made them take all of th out. Doesn't make sense to me & all other holiday inn express we stayed at had them in rooms. Also breakfast was pretty good but didn't keep with refilling items after they were out.

Our shower/tub combo leaked. The ice bucket lid was broken and there was a dirty bowl inside. The room was decent. Breakfast was not good either day. Stale bagels and rarely out when I went. The staff was excellent, especially Trevor and Sharon.

The staff was very helpful in helping us check in early - we had spent the night in our car. They truly did everything they could. It was so nice to stay in a comfortable, beautiful and comfortable room. Especially one with ac that worked!

Clean room, nice laundry center, and clean kitchen with fresh food.
