Toilet would not flush unless you opened tank. Dishwasher leaked water and we did not use it. Hair in bath tub. Brown film on shower curtain. No smoke detector as it had been removed. Brought to desk was told no other rooms like mine. Pool closed.

Staff was great - but it was a bad experience. No water and phone wasn't working either in order to communicate with staff from the hotel.

The tub was not very clean and there were holes in the walls.

Listing was inaccurate as it stated room service, laundry, coffee and none was available. Shower head was broken. Floors needed mopping. Hallway smelled like garbage

The rooms were very dated, broken furniture and fixtures, broken drapes, ceiling falling in in places.

Elevator broken, tv didn’t work, fridge was loud and bathroom was so gross and not cleaned in a very long time.

The elevators didn't work, had to climb 4 floors with a 3 yr old. The water in the shower didn't shut all the way off. And the room temp was set for 53

When I got to Candldwood Suites, I was informed that they had no rooms at that time. Since I don't drive, I had to find another hotel. I went to La Qauta across the parklot. I am very upset when I had to pay more. I will not book another room with Candlewood Suites.

Tilt was broken, remote for tv didn’t work. Ice maker in fridge broken

Room smelled of strong cleaning chemicals, bed was terribly firm, and there was no remote control for the 2000 model tv...told the front desk and he grabbed 4 remotes from behind the counter and proceeded to go with me to my room to see if any of them would work! It was kind of weird and unsettling! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

The bathroom was missing light bulbs and there was mold around the tub. The bathroom door would not close and at the ceiling itliiks like drywall was patched but not painted. We pulled a plastic wrapped cup out of the cabinet and it had clearly been used to drink coffee or some dark beverage. The hotel smelled bad and the 2nd floor where we stayed waa worse than the first floor. When we left, there was dog poop on the carpet when we stepped out of the elevator.
