Very nice inside and out No complaints

Clean room and comfortable bed. No complaints.

This hotel refuses to give a receipt. I was moved between 3 room before they four one that wasn’t occupied the ac worked and the tv worked. The staff was unresponsive to requests This is not the place it used to be Rooms was dirty and the next to not everything worked

We had 5 other sets of family stay at the hotel the same weekend. They all reported bugs and rude staff.

You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.

The staff were very professional and courteous! Had to change rooms upon arrival because there was a roach in my room. The rooms didn’t smell great.

To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early. Imagine my surprise when I saw a sign clearly stating that check-in time was actually 3:00 p.m. When I questioned the front desk clerk about the discrepancy, she claimed it was because they had a full hotel and were waiting on guests to check out. That explanation made absolutely no sense considering standard checkout times are much earlier in the day. Things only got worse from there. Our room key would not work. I had to go downstairs three separate times before the clerk finally came upstairs herself — and even then, she still could not get the door open with any of the keys she had programmed. She ultimately had to use her master key to let us in. Yet somehow, she acted as though I was the inconvenience. Once inside the room, I was shocked. The carpet had large visible stains — one bright red and another dark brown. There were chips and debris on the floor, scuff marks all over the walls, and the overall condition of the room looked dirty and poorly maintained. I genuinely questioned whether the sheets had even been changed. To make matters worse, the toilet did not work. I immediately contacted the front desk to report th

Customer service is great. The employees were very kind and helpful. I was always greeted when entering and leaving. The price. Abilene, Tx is getting pretty ridiculous on these hotel prices.

We had a surprisingly great stay. The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. A lot of the hotel has been renovated and the lobby is lovely. I would say the only hiccup was some plumbing issues but they were attended to quickly. I would recommend this place to travelers.
