Super clean, quiet and spacious room.

The room was very spacious and clean, with great amenities. Great room for the price point!

The hotel and room were pristine. The restaurant was convenient and great for me, the staff was respectful and helpful. The room was perfect!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that after the first day’s housekeeping service, the bathroom floor had not been vacuumed, and quite a bit of hair remained. I notified the front desk, and they responded immediately and resolved the issue. I really appreciated their prompt service. Other than that, the room was clean, and everything else met my expectations.

Clean room, close to Capital and train station

The restaurant didnt offer basics like grilled chicken or hard boiled eggs etc. So I walked elsewhere for breakfast & lunch. Its a dead area, nothing to do. We walked into Chinatown one day which was fine but otherwise I drove everywhere. The in & out parking was way more money than listed. I think I paid close to $400 just for the valet. The gentlemen at the valet stand were excellent, very friendly, very accommodating. The room I booked was spacious, clean, nice linens. It was fine for a short stay

Close to the Capitol building, Smithsonian Museums and Amtrak station. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Room was cleaned each of our 4 day stay. Construction at 8 pm was not ideal. While they offer a daily room credit, it’s not usable on anything except the nearby restaurant. Resort fee adds on to total bill. When we called to ask for 30 min extension on checkout we were told we’d have to pay. Just seemed like a lot of nickel and dime add-ons like some low cost airlines do, yet is advertised as a luxury hotel. Biggest complaint was no notice on evening construction with no offer to reduce cost, etc. I will say, the restaurant adjoining hotel is lovely, very accommodating and well worth a visit!

The rooms were very clean, quiet, and huge! The staff was friendly and the proximity to Union Station made using the Metro really convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Not much contact with the staff other than the cleaning crew, who gave us extra waters and towels. It was a great place that we'd use again if we go back to DC.

Really liked the room - it was clean and comfortable when we got there. Just know that they don’t do a full clean every day. All they do is give you new glasses towels, etc. so a little disappointed in that as we would have liked them to clean surfaces, floors, etc. Ice maker didn’t work on our floor the whole time which was also a hassle, but the staff was very friendly.

I would give this hotel SIX stars. Goid location, modern appointments, comfortable beds and awesome staff.
