The bed was really comfortable, and I enjoyed the settings. The rooftop pool was also appealing. They have a lot of extra unnecessary fees, I did not like that. The staff was super helpful. For wheelchair users, the features were very mid.

Great space with really neat modern amenities. Close to the National Mall and public transit.

Everything was great except you have to check in the kiosk machine and they charge me twice for the deposit. They said they will refund it back to my card, just hope so. Just make sure to check your credit card before you check out.

My son left his stuffed toy in the room when we left. We called back, and they found it and shipped it to my home. That is service!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yotel. Family of 3. Our room was nice and clean and everything worked well. A couple of things that I felt could have been a bit better. We enjoyed the use of the pool- but as we were checking in at the pool area we were told it was adults only starting at 8 - that part is fine, though I thing 9 pm would be better time, but this information was not posted anywhere! So we went at 7:30, thinking we had until 10 to be at the pool. It would have been better that where the pool hours are posted that they also note the time of adult swim. Also, I enjoyed the coffee that was on the 2nd floor, but everytime we went there was a line waiting for the coffee. Needs to be more than one coffee machine for the whole hotel.

Love my stay here. Small rooms but I was expecting that. They honestly had everything you could need. Very comfy and clean. Also very convenient for walking to and from the mall and the train station.

I’ve stayed at this facility in the past and it was very nice. This has slide downhill more than I would have imagined. Ice, coffee and other perks that were present in the past are gone. I was billed in error that I caught and it was corrected. The lights in the room didn’t work properly. Toilet and shower area had no lighting. In general the stay was disappointing.

I really liked the self checkin, soda vending machine in lobby, and really good hot breakfast. The led lighting in the room is surprisingly relaxing.

Amazing hotel near the National Mall. Easy access to Union Station.

Parking garage smelled terrible. Parking was supposed to be $50 but there was also a $5 see charge. Everything is automated by kiosk and front desk staff was not friendly. Room s were very nice amd bed quite comfy.

Elevator broke down pipes are leaking in the elevator lobby. I have asthma had to walk up 10 flights of stairs, asked to speak to the manager manager never reached out to me. Then I had to inhale a moldy smell for my four days of my stay still waiting for a manager to reach back out to me.
