Was a great hotel. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Mattresses were wonderful. Even better than Hilton which has great mattresses. The only problem I had and I do not think this is a hotel issue was a rather raucous party outside for several hours right in front of hotel. They were fine though wasn’t aggressive just a large crowd that on its face was intimidating. In reality perfectly fine.Other than that A+

The staff were very unfriendly especially the house keeping folks. The beds had blood stains and they didn't even change it. The room service guys cleans up everyday but they dont change the linens even if it had got stains and they dont refill the coffee & tea items daily - we need to keep asking them everyday - such a big name but poor upkeep.

This hotel was one of the nicest we have stayed in! My husband and I landed at DCA early in the morning. For a reasonable fee, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage with the hotel when we went to explore after checkout. Derrick at the front desk was so helpful with everything! He was kind, informative, and was there day and night! Give him a raise! Highly recommend this stay!
