Awesome stay. Very clean hotel and the brick is awesome. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were very attentive and the view was amazing!
-
Calling the front desk was simple, there is an AI bot that answers and you can send your requests there.
-
The room was very clean and bathrooms well stocked.
-
Hotel was not family friendly. Pool closes at 8, restaurant is not kid friendly, it is loud everywhere and not many food options around.

Room was clean. I had two queen beds. The room is narrow and this made it hard for me and my guest to get out of each others way as well as find places for our luggage. We made it up to the pool area one evening which is next to the rooftop bar/lounge. People can bring food and drinks into the pool area and every lounge chair had dirty leftovers next to or on them (half eaten raw oysters/shells left in the sun). A used napkin had flown into the pool. If you are looking for quiet time by the pool i dont suggest going in evening when bar is busy- music can be loud. The rooftop bar, however, is a delight. Good service. Great views. Drinks are fun. Downstairs restaurant is worth trying for breakfast. Great service and food was great portion and delcious.

Great customer service and area. Nice hotel overall but the rooms are small.

If you’re planning a stay in Washington, DC consider staying at the Arlo Hotel!! This property is fantastic. Clean, modern, well-appointed rooms and a friendly, helpful staff made my (brief) stay very memorable. I’d like to go back for a longer stay and I will definitely stay at the Arlo. The rooftop bar/restaurant with a great view of the Capitol is really good! The price is very reasonable, too. They have parking at a building next door and the parking garage is one of the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever used. They also have a restaurant and a “bodega” coffee/pastry shop right off the lobby!

Clean hotel with a good location. Upscale feel, small but well appointed rooms. Front desk staff was AWESOME. Restaurant service was not great, but food was!
-
Very helpful front desk. Clean rooms. The parking option was truly convenient and logically priced.
-
For a steep price and add on costs, this hotel features chaotic 4 pm check in, tiny rooms, no minibars and no respectable in-room dining. It seems to appeal to airline staff with quick layovers. That would make sense for almost no one else.
-
I enjoyed the stay but was unaware that there was a urban tax fee pre-night. Which really screwed up our visit financially for the weekend we stayed. I will not be staying in D.C. ever again if there is going to be an extra fee pre-night.
-
We will definitely be returning to Arlo for a longer stay soon.
-
Excellent staff. Convenient safe location. Good amenities and room was perfect.
-
Great rooftop bar, and very clean. The standard King room if definitely enough room for 2. Definitely will be back!
-
I would definitely stay here again, 10/10.
-
My only suggestions for improvement are that the air conditioning only goes down to 68°F, which felt a bit warm at night, and the curtains are not fully blackout, allowing morning light into the room. Other than these two minor issues, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The entire experience was fantastic. I will be going back. Also great for kids.
