Great, clean room! Perfect size and staff was friendly and helpful.

No frills, but clean, comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Washington DC's chinatown. Huge variety of restaurants nearby (Fresh Baguette for breakfast and Chili Bistro for dinner were great!). The national mall is just a few blocks south; 5 minutes to the National Portrait Gallery, 18 minutes to the Air and Space Museum. Parking was about $27 with validation--be sure to park in the correct garage (one block south) and get the stamp on your card at the hotel.

Just what you need

Room was very small. Everything was very inconvenient and not Handicapped Accessible nor was it quiet

I recommend this place. Rooms are a little small, but it is a great option. Great staff and atmosphere.

When I arrived they were sold out, and they said they had reserved rooms for people who had booked through third parties (glad I went through Expedia!) but they transferred me from a double to a bunk bed! 400 bucks for a bunk bed?! I don't think so. (It was still private, but very awkward.) I asked for a discount, and they gave me a $50 credit to food and beverage - which I used the next night.

The room was incredibly small and everything the hotel offered was an extra cost

Very small rooms and very compact

I loved the hotel! So clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Marcus on the evening shift. Thank you!

Perfect hotel especially if you are traveling alone, right next to the metro and proximity to most places. Friendly staff and also the crimson bar downstairs has a lovely happy hour.

Noise doesn’t bother me so I slept like a baby. The hotel is “hip” and tasteful and we liked the modern feel of the little room with bunk bed. If you have a car, be sure to get the 1/2 off cost at the parking garage across the street and don’t forget to get your ticket validated! There was no overhead lighting in our room and little in the way of lamps. We didn’t mind though. Perfect for people who won’t spend any time in the room but are interested in getting out and about.

Stayed for one night. Was clean, comfortable, and had modern, but simple, design. I'd stay again for sure.

Happy hour deal was fantastic! Food and drinks are 5 star! Hotel is well maintained. Right to the heart of Chinatown. Not really did not like but maybe something to improve in the future: 1. Shower curtain is a little shorter to prevent wet washroom floor especially its a small washroom. 2. For added safety cameras in the hallway? 3. Water refilling station to every floor.

I like the layout of the space. I liked how the small space was used - good storage. Nice amenities! The toiletries were great and the shower! Not sure how to answer that as I honestly was fine. It was my first time at a micro hotel and I was pleased. The room key was flimsy, but that's me knit picking now.

Exceptional staff, polite attentive. Rooms comfortable and Clean. Micro hotel so room small / cozy like going back to college dorm rooms. Had all essentials shampoo conditioner body wash in full sized bottles. Room cleaned every day of stay fresh towels provided without asking. Just what we needed to attend 2 day music festival. Neighborhood noisy sirens cars motorcycles reving motors on street. Shabby homeless People asking for money. But this is not the hotels fault. They have sound machines in room and free ear plugs. They have front doors after dark locked /Night Security in lobby. No on site parking. Paid parking garage one street over.

The staff was very friendly. The room was quite small, but it was super clean, everything functioned well, the TV welcomed me by name lol. The soaps and little in the bathroom smelled fantastic. The room was very quiet, and they had a white noise machine in the room. They have bag storage so after check out you can easily explore the city! I would definitely stay again.

Mordern with a good bar and common area, good location for transportation Room very small, no water provided in the room. It is described on the site that it is small but it is very tight when you see it for real.
-
The stay was pleasant but sometimes there's more to an accomodation than just the stay. Having to pay a deposit of 100USD/per night (PER NIGHT!?!), which in my case totalled a whopping 1000 USD, which the accomodation still hasn't returned.
