I don’t usually leave a review, but I had a particularly bad experience at the Holiday Inn. I reserved a suite for myself and the kids and when we went to bed, we realized there was no bedding for the pull out couch. I called to reception and was informed I would have to go to the lobby and get the bedding. So I went to the lobby, and the person manning the front desk was also the security guard. She informed me that it wasn’t her job to be fetching bedding and told me I’d have to wait. I did wait and she handed me the bedding and I went back to my room. When I got to my room, I realized she had neglected to give me a pillowcase, so I had to go back downstairs. When I got downstairs, I asked for the pillowcase and was again informed that this wasn’t her job. When I got irate and asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. She told me to be patient and I’d get what I get. I asked for the managers name and number and she refused to provide me with that information. The other front office staff member came back at that point and gave me the pillowcase and referenced two managers I could speak to in the morning, but would not provide me with their business cards or his name. Overall, it was highly unprofessional and I felt poorly treated by the front office staff.

There were some very good eateries within a short walking distance. However, the hotel appears to have only one washer and one dryer for hotel guests (on the second floor). Every day, especially at night/past midnight and in the early mornings, the machines were always in use. The hotel should consider converting an additional guest room to a hotel guest laundry room.

I was suppose to check in at 4pm. But I don't know the housekeeper did anything and I have to wait more than 1 hour to get my room.

Very clean rooms. Very nice staff and very helpful for people traveling.

The person who checked us in was not that friendly, barely making eye contact and speaking while walking around to get things, making it hard to understand him. He wasn't rude, he just could have been more outgoing/welcoming. Checkout was super fast and easy.

The room was clean and we were easily able to adjust the temperature to our liking. Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent assortment of foods. The variety of teas was excellent! However, there were no yogurts on our last morning, and there wasn't any orange juice on any of our mornings there.
