The hotel is located in a nice area of Strasbourg, the location was perfect to walk to tourist attractions. The room was spacious and very clean, comfy bed. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. -

The location is good, just a walking distance from all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff is very welcoming, helpful. The breakfast was very good! And there was a lovely balcony, though it rained and we couldn’t have breakfast there. Highly recommended!

Everything were top notch and we loved our stay at hotel Lutetia..Its about 15-20 mins walk away to the city center, so location was perfect. The room was quite clean and a very comfortable bed. For two days, we also had breakfast on bed which was really nice. At first, I was skeptical but it was a lovely suggestion and we loved our breakfast on bed.. Bill was also really friendly, and helped us with the parking and giving all the details regarding our stay and travel.

Room was great, top floor with view and balcony. Also very quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Very pleasant staff who clearly cared about their customers. A bottle of champagne, sparkling and bottled water, along with homemade cookies were wonderful perks! A bit outside of the main center (15-20-minute walk), while not that far, can be annoying in sub-zero temperatures. I found it a bit odd that champagne glasses with some remaining champagne from the evening before were not removed. Otherwise very clean.
