The room didn't have a mini fridge which was inconvenient.

The staff, especially Arthur, was so kind from the start. The interior design of the hotel is darling! It smells terrific, too! The room had a lovely view. Very clean, even the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The only thing and this is something easily remedied...the door was very squeaky when opened. That's it-the rest of the hotel is perfect!

The Bus stop was close by, the room was comfortable and spacious, the ventilation was great, breakfast was awesome.

Everything. The breakfast didn't have much variety, but the quality of what they had was excellent.

The Rooms and the hotel itself is very new and clean, they provide free sweets all over the day as well as water, it is very nice and the stuff is very friendly The breakfast does not have many options. Also the pillows in the trim are very big, it is also slightly far from the center but not that bad

Not directly in the center but an okay walk. Room a bit small but fine.

All the basics were there. Quiet. Comfortable mattresses. After the first night we slept well. Pleasant shower. Nice staff. Breakfast breads and cheeses were excellent, the grapefruit too. Not far to busses and trams. We stayed on the first floor — the hallway had a strange odor- nursing home?

We stayed there for 4 nights. The room has not been cleaned by the staff twice during this period. No scrambled/readily boiled eggs were in place at the breakfast. Raw eggs were put, so that everyone could boil as many as he/she wants, but it is more convenient when the eggs are ready.

The room we were in was not too spacious for 4 people. It has no cooler or fridge.

We booked this hotel because we wanted air conditioner (it was very hot) we couldn’t turn it on because the hotel blocked it. It was hard for us to stay there like this

Good location close to the old town. Helpful staff. Nice facilities. AC was restricted to a somewhat high temperature of 21C (in comparison to 19.5C at other hotels) and was barely moving the needle and seemed to reset in the middle of the night making stay uncomfortable and sweaty. Parking is limited due to space constraints; however, staff recommended an excellent alternative in 5 minutes walk.
