Loved it

Location was very convenient to public transport. Breakfast, lobby, and staff were very nice. Laundry and small grocery right around corner. Would definitely stay here again. Room was very small - no place to open suitcases. Lighting needs more independent controls.

Nothing

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. This is my second stay, and I like this hotel even more. Nothing.

The hotel is in a good location - not far from the AGORA building and within walking distance of the city center. The area is quiet, so I slept well even with the windows open. The room was clean and small, but fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast was fairly simple, but pleasant enough to start the day. In general, I liked it. It wasn’t a problem for me, but the limited space could be inconvenient for someone with a larger build, as the passage between the bed and the TV wall is quite narrow.

The rooms are very small

Thanks for very good services. Will book again when back to Strasbourg!

Good price good facilities

Great location. No parking. Challenging to access the property for luggage drop off and pick up.

Très bien!

Shame on -site parking no longer available

The location is perfect - in between the European Parliament and the centre, totally walkable. Quiet surroundings, so the quality of sleep great, even with open windows. The room was clean, small, but ok for a couple of nights. Not a problem for me, but the room size for a person with a bigger body might be an issue. Squeezing between the TV wall and the bed could be a challenge.

I would like to express my special gratitude to the hotel's staff at the reception and, especially to Laura. Laura was very patient with me, she explained directions to different monuments, and she was able to find a restaurant for me in the vicinity of the hotel that was open late night on Sunday. My train from Strasbourg to Offenburg was scheduled to leave Strasbourg at 6:22 . At 5:30 I was already at the bus stop ( buses 2 and H ) hoping to get to the station by bus. While at the stop, I noticed that the buses that are scheduled early in the morning aren't being dispatched often enough... therefore, I decided to walk to the station instead of waiting for the bus. I guess , that issue Is not related to the hotel itself.

Value for money Not very spacious

Clean and quiet hotel in a good area, walking distance to the center, decent breakfast, nice personnel. Small but nice bathroom. Overall a good stay. The room is a bit too small with few places to store luggage/things. Pillows kinda cheap and not that confortable.

Value for money, close to the city center Bathroom shower was not very clean, beds were not very comfortable but its value for money so can't complaint much

We loved the staff, especially Laura, who went way above to help us and other guests. So friendly, so efficient. I hope the management really appreciates her. We had a room for the disabled, and we really appreciated the large bathroom and the extra-long beds (my nephew is 2.1m tall), which were very very comfy. We thought the breakfast was super. The only thing we weren't thrilled with was the location. We prefer being a little closer to cafes and bars. However, it was a very quiet neighborhood. Nothing to dislike.

Within walking distance of a conference at U Strasbourg and the city centre. Located in a nice area. Breakfast was very good. Pleasant, modern hotel. No-fringe room but had everything I needed.
